Toni has dedicated her life’s work to helping others advance their dreams and fulfill their passions. Thus, understanding the hard work that goes into one’s dream of achieving homeownership comes easy. Prior to entering the real estate profession Toni spent 12 years in the risk management and litigation divisions of two insurance companies located in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was during this period that Toni developed high-level understanding of commercial risks, premises liability and real estate losses. In 2006, Toni began volunteering and sharing her expertise as a director for the HOA board of directors where she lives.
