This book is a comprehensive account of the Sikh Canadian experience. It aims to highlight the journey of the Sikh community in Canada, their struggles, triumphs, and contributions to Canadian society. Sikhs have a long history of migration, and Canada has been one of the countries that welcomed them. From being early settlers in the late 19th century to becoming a significant part of Canada’s multicultural fabric, Sikh Canadians have come a long way.The Sikh experience in Canada is one of resilience, adaptation, and determination. Through this book, I attempt to capture the diverse experiences and perspectives of this community. While there are many books that chronicle the Sikh experience in Canada, this book offers a unique perspective by covering a wide range of topics and perspectives. This book is divided into 26 chapters, each covering a different aspect of the Sikh Canadian experience. From the history of Sikh migration to Canada to the challenges of integration, this book covers a range of topics that will help readers understand the complex experiences of Sikh Canadians. The chapters are not arranged in chronological order, as I believe that would limit the scope of the book. Instead, they are arranged thematically, so readers can delve into the topics that interest them most.
