Susanne Schmidt grew up in Germany and fell in love with English while reading Harry Potter and the Earthsea Chronicles. She studied in Spain and the US, earning a B.A. in Journalism from Saint Louis University.She wrote her first poems in fourth grade and has been hooked on writing ever since.
