Description
These are stories about a family that moves into a forested area in Central Texas. The Comanche Indians lived in this area in the 19th century. Their ghosts remain in the area, as well as some monsters and creatures that terrorize this family. The family eventually becomes friendly with the Comanche ghosts, and together they battle the other evil creatures. Volume 1 has a Bigfoot creature the Comanche named Laconta, and a witch named Lady Mabel. There are recurring characters, most of whom survive until the end. Some do not. I do not use strong curse words. Some lighter ones are sporadically used. There is some blood and guts because I couldn’t resist. There are violent situations with guns used. Some characters are killed by monsters and a witch. So if you can handle some violence, give it a try. There is no sexual material or subject matter. These stories are probably best for ages 16+, you be the judge.
