Description

An art student and a human trafficking victim become entangled with kidnappers along Hastings Street in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, while three brothers threaten to turn the city into a war zone in retaliation against the gang that runs the human trafficking ring. The leader of the human trafficking ring conspired to have one of the brothers convicted of rape in an attempt to take over the brothers’ business interests. After affiliating themselves with a rival gang, the three brothers seek revenge, while the former art student and the human trafficking victim hope to escape their respective situations.
