He had tried all the diets, any number of belly fat plans he could find, joined various gyms, read countless belly fat diet book products, and tried all the ‘magic potions’ and ‘miracle solutions’ for losing belly fat. He understands the pain, frustration and struggle that one encounters from the cycle of losing a bit of weight only to pile it back on and getting depressed and ending up stress eating. Making things worse because now he had that little bit of ‘extra’ weight.After trying practically hundreds of approaches, life was starting to get difficult even in the smallest and simplest things. To his embarrassment, even just getting clothes to fit couldn’t be done from any normal shop.
